In April, we are going to challenge your fitness level through skipping. Skipping is a simple yet effective exercise for weight loss and cardio training! During rope skipping, most of the lower body muscles are working, and it requires coordination, balance and cardio strength!
Challenge Date: 1 – 30 April, 2024
Challenge Standard: Both legs jump over the rope as it is swung over and around the head. Both feet must land on the ground at the same time.
Four different groups: •Male above 40 years old •Male 40 years old or below •Female above 40 years old •Female 40 years old or below
