ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – CATERING

 
Responsibilities:
•   To solicit, develop and serve catering accounts, and assisting Director of Catering in all matters related to Catering Sales.
 
Requirements:
•   3 years working experience in Catering Department preferably in a five star hotel.
•   Highly motivated, aggressive and enthusiastic.
•   Excellent communication skills.
•   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
•   Computer literate

 

 

FRONT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

 
Responsibilities:
•   To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests;
•   To professionally handle confidential information including guests’ records with a high degree of integrity;
•   To maintain great rapport and trust with all guests.

 
Requirements:
•   Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines;
•   Minimum 1 year customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry;
•   Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality;
•   Good communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin also;
•   Able to work independently and handle shift duties;
•   Immediate available is a definite advantage.

 

 

SENIOR SALES MANAGER – SUITE

Responsibilities:
•   Assist Director of Suite Sales to develop and maintain suite business accounts related to all Suite Sales issues.

Requirements:
•   Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
•   Experience with the Corporate market segment
•   Ability to make sales call daily
•   Knowledge of Opera system
•   Proven sales record, self-starter, motivated and driven
•   Strong business development and relationship maintenance
•   Minimum 4 years sales experience
•   Team player, good attitude, able to adapt to changes, self-mobile person, self-motivated, good leadership
 

 

CONTRACT LIFE GUARD

Responsibilities:
•   Ensure the day-to-day operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
•   Ensure proper usage of facilities by members and guests.
•   Ensure the safety of all pool users

Requirements:
•   Must possess a valid Pool Life guard Award issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society
•   Must possess a valid First Aid Certificate
•   Fluent Cantonese and conversational English

 

CLUB SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
•  Secondary Education
•  Preferred 1 year relevant experience
•  Good command of spoken English and Chinese

 

WAITER / WAITRESS

Responsibilities:
