Responsibilities:
• To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
• To be responsible for handling guest special services, acting as an information centre and resolving guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
