An on-site flu vaccination program is available to all members of Hong Kong Parkview who wish to receive the flu shot. Please note the following important details:
Date ：23 / 10 / 2024 (Wednesday)
Time ：1:00pm – 3:00pm
Venue ：Conference Room 2
Brand ：Vaxigrip Tetra Vaccine by Sanofi, France – (HK Permit No. HK-65577)
Fee ：
– HK$190 per jab for Aged 18 – 49
– FREE for Aged 50 and above / Vaccination Subsidy Scheme
Enrolment Deadline : 18 / 10 / 2024 (Friday)
Advance Booking Required: Members must book their appointments in advance.
Payment: Full payment must be made online at the time of booking.
No Walk-Ins: We will not reserve extra doses, and walk-ins will not be accepted.
VSS Coverage: The vaccination will be included under the on-site vaccination program. Eligible members must inform our staff that they are covered by the VSS.
Identification: Members are required to present their HKID card and complete the application form on the day of vaccination.
