Terms & Condition:
1. Registration requires full payment. Applications may be unsuccessful due to incomplete information or payment.
2. Complete the online application form accurately, providing all necessary student information.
3. Advance registration is highly recommended as course scheduling is based on minimum enrolments.
4. All fees paid for unattended lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited without further notice.
5. Guests are welcome to enrol at applicable guest rates. However, members are given enrolment priority.
6. Confirmation of enrolment depends on the number of registrations. A confirmation email will be dispatched prior to the commencement of the enrolled camp.
7. In case of a typhoon signal no.8 or higher, or a black rainstorm warning, lessons will be cancelled and rescheduled where possible. Contact the Spa & Resort one hour prior to the lesson to verify any cancellations.
8. Neither the Club nor its instructors bear responsibility for accidents or injuries incurred during children’s participation.
9. The early bird discount is not applicable for the Junior Tennis Camp.
10. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits or discount programs.
11. In the event a camp is cancelled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be provided.
12. All paid sessions must be conducted by April 5, 2024. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of any remaining sessions and potential refunds under this agreement.
13.Sick Leave Arrangement:
– Credit will be retained if the concerned outlets are notified at least 2 hours prior to the camp, with a medical certificate presented within 24 hours.
– Acceptance of the medical certificate will be confirmed via a return call, email, or WhatsApp.
14. Junior Tennis Camp Arrangement:
– Full camp participants will be prioritised.
– Confirmation will be dispatched 2 weeks prior to the camp start date.
– A minimum of 3 students is required for each camp.
– Withdrawals post-confirmation will result the full fee being charged.

15. Hong Kong Parkview reserves the right to modify any details without prior notice if deemed necessary. In case of disputes, Hong Kong Parkview’s decision will be final.
