All-Access Summer Camp Passport Terms & Conditions:
- The All-Access Summer Camp Passport must be purchased either in person at the S&R reception or by scanning the QR code provided on the program letter.
- Each Pass is valid for one individual participant only and must be issued under the name of that child. Passes are non-shareable and cannot be transferred between participants.
- All fees paid for the Pass are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pass duration can be expanded (e.g. from a 3-Day to a 4-Day or 5-Day Pass), but it cannot be shortened once confirmed.
- Registration for classes or activities must be completed through the online application form and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. one day in advance. Walk-in registrations are not accepted to ensure proper class preparation.
- The All-Access Summer Camp Pass is valid exclusively for the week selected at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over or applied to any other weeks, under any circumstances. This applies regardless of attendance, scheduling changes, or weather-related disruptions.
- Participants can attend classes only on the specific days selected at the time of registration (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for a 3-Day Pass). These chosen days are fixed and cannot be modified after registration is submitted.
- Overlapping class bookings within the same time slot are permitted only when one of the selected classes has not yet met the minimum enrolment requirement. In such cases, a participant can choose a backup class that is already confirmed. If the original class meets the minimum enrolment requirement by 5:00 p.m. the day prior, the backup class will be automatically cancelled. Conversely, if the original class does not proceed, the backup class will remain in effect. Participants are encouraged to check up-to-date class status on the booking website, which is updated regularly.
- Classes that do not meet the minimum enrolment requirement by 5:00 p.m. the day prior will be cancelled. Participants will not be notified individually. For the latest class status, please refer to the regularly updated booking website.
