The push up is a multi-functional and foundational movement, which will build up strength and tone your body.
Challenge Guideline Perform as many standard push ups as you can.
Rules: • Men must do straight leg push ups, Women do kneeling push ups • 40 years old or below, chest must touch a small Pilates ball • Above 40 years old, chest must touch a slam ball • Elbow fully extend every single rep • All groups must complete as many reps as possible in 30 secs
Period: • 1st June to 30th June
FOUR different group: • Men above 40 years old • Men 40 years old or below • Women above 40 years old • Women 40 years old or below
Winner and Prize: • 1st place in the group: 3 Personal training sessions (60 mins) • 2nd Place in the group:1 Stretching therapy session (30mins) • 3rd place in the group:Lifestyle Café coffee and cake voucher
