Taught exclusively by our female coaches, this booty building programme is great for novice gym users or experienced lifters seeking better results. Let’s kickstart your summer body!
Purpose: To familiarise clients with glute training movements through basic work and posture coaching. By awakening your hip muscles, we will gradually increase the load as we train and focus on improving weaker areas.
Main movements you will learn: Squat, Romanian deadlift, Lunges, Deadlift, Kick back, Sumo Deadlift, Lateral Squat, Split Squat, Back muscle training will be included to create the perfect waistline.
Expected Outcome: Clients will improve their glute muscle awareness, and be familiar with the eight movements associated with glute training to build a better booty!
Trainer: Gigi Target: Female Training frequency and duration: 3 times per week/ 10 weeks (Total 30 sessions) (Flexible gym or zoom home workout session)
T&C: Training spending credit is non-refundable or transferable. Sessions have to be finished within the specified period. Any make-up sessions can only be arranged upon trainer’s availability and consent.
