Fun way for your kids to learn and improve basic motor skills such as running, jumping, climbing, throwing to improve health – especially cardiovascular, strengthen body and bones which will lower chances of fractures.
FitKids training will help kids who are already engaged in any sport, to develop and improve basics skills that transcends into other sports such as tennis, basketball, football, netball and everyday life as well.

Time: 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Aged 4 – 6 years old) / 7:00pm – 10:00pm (Aged 7 – 10 years old)
